She's been a journey

The Studio has come a long way from its metal shed origins. Here a ode to the humble beginnings and to the future growth it will take.

The window wall.

I had envisioned a glass panel wall greenhouse style, since before i even had a space. I loved the idea of making a space feel homey, less shed studio but also have options a universal wall.

I believe i paid $15 for the yellow glass door off facebook marketplace and the windows were free. I Made a frame that would screw into the ceiling struts but also push against itself to hold steady to avoid drilling into the concrete incase i changed my mind where to keep the wall.

Some of the windows open and i'm hoping as the year progresses to find some glass wooden framed doors and completely case in the "shooting" side of the greenhouse wall.

White Wall Transformation

The transformation after a simple coat of off white paint was everything. Thank god for people who professionally paint. After weeks of painting by hand and getting absolutely nowhere. The painter took about a min to transform by patch work paint job to so clean line and brand new.

*new paint your floors white, it's been hell to keep clean but amazing to look at!

moving in

Slowly i styled the studio with marketplace finds, the collection i had been growing at home. But it's been a work in progress constant changing my mind and configurations. Progress in January

There is still lots of rearranging and shelving to be put in, but slow progress is still nice. I have a couple big 2022 Goals for the Studio so play along at home have no self control and will facebook story and grid it constantly.
